This picture shows Amy's parents, Shirley and Clint, in the lobby of the Amari Boulevard Hotel. Shirly and Clint accompanied us to Thailand, and were with us throughout the entire adoption process.

Thailand is full of all kinds of food. If you like American food, there's plenty of that (the Thai people seem fond of it). There are even a number of U.S. food chains operating in Bangkok, including Tony Roma's (depicted here).

Supermarket

This is the supermarket across the street from the Amari Boulevard Hotel, where we stayed in Bangkok. Some of the best food we had in Thailand was prepared for us in the front of this store (which is set up vaguely like a U.S. diner, with stools and a counter where you can eat fried noodles they cook up on close-by stoves).
